A joint flagship initiative of the European Committee of the Regions and the Association of Ukrainian Cities
The initiative welcomes Ukrainian children to cities and regions across Europe and provides them with a safe place to enjoy cultural, sports, educational and recreational activities. It makes a difference by giving them a break from the brutal reality of war. Summer holiday projects also help Ukrainian children and young people: they have the chance to feel that Europe is their home and a place where they can be safe, build a community and feel supported.
